Hoosiers Claim 66 Academic All-Big Ten Certificates

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Indiana University Athletics claimed 66 Academic All-Big Ten Conference selections for the fall, the third most of any Big Ten institution, announced the league office on Dec. 6.
To be eligible for Academic All-Big Ten selection, student-athletes must be letterwinners in at least their second academic year at their institution and carry a career grade-point average (GPA) of 3.0 or better. A total of 623 student-athletes competing in seven fall sports were honored by the conference for their accomplishments.
In addition to the Academic All-Big Ten honor, Indiana women's cross country runner Jessica Gall is one of eight Big Ten fall sport student-athletes with a 4.0 GPA.
