Landon Marzullo Named Big Ten Diver of the Week

After a record-setting performance in last week's dual meet victory over Kentucky, sophomore Landon Marzullo is the co-Big Ten Diver of the Week, the conference office announced Tuesday. He shares the honor with Purdue's David Boudia.

Marzullo started the day with a win on the one-meter springboard, taking the title with a score of 372.40. He then moved on to the three-meter competition where he set a new pool record by tallying 421.30 points for the victory. Marzullo is the reigning Big Ten champion on both the one-meter and three-meter.

Indiana is back in action this Friday as it opens its conference dual meet season against the Northwestern Wildcats at the Counsilman-Billingsley Aquatics Center at 3 p.m.
