A Clearer View is Coming

As part of the June 2003 renovations of Memorial Stadium, the suite and Stadium Club levels were constructed and turned over to the Varsity Club for management. These two levels of the press box represent the premier game day experience for Hoosier football donors and fans. The Stadium Club features 300 theater-style seats in a climate-controlled environment with a full spread of complimentary game day food and beverages. The suite level boasts ten private suites, with each suite accommodating roughly 14 people. Many suite holders find it to be the perfect solution for game day entertaining of their business associates and families.
The Varsity Club is always looking to improve the game day atmosphere in our hospitality areas. While operating the suite and Stadium Club levels for four seasons, we received donor feedback that the original non-sliding windows prevented the donors from enjoying the field noises. We realized that the inability of our donors to hear the award-winning Marching Hundred or the roar of the fans in the bleachers after a great play impacted their game day experience.
So, we researched solutions that would bring the field action closer to donors. As a potential resolution to the problem, sliding glass windows were installed in one of the suites for the 2007 football season.
The sliding glass panes received rave reviews bringing the field action into our "guinea pig" suite with great success. Donors marveled at what an instant improvement the windows made. And so, we are pleased to share that from June 9th to July 4th, the sliding windows will be installed in the remaining suites. Furthermore, these sliding windows will be installed on the north and south ends of the Stadium Club. Additionally, 33 larger pop-up windows will be added running the length of the Stadium Club at the top. These improvements will more than quadruple the open air access of the Stadium Club and allow donors to fully participate in every 1st down march next season!
With the completion of these improvements to the Stadium Club, we can offer our donors an unrivaled Hoosier game day experience. We do have a limited number of Stadium Club seats available for the 2008 football season. Remember, the expense of Stadium Club seats is 80% tax deductable.
