IU Head Coaches Heading to Fort Wayne May 23rd

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The IU Varsity Club has released additional details about the third Tailgate Tour stop in Fort Wayne, IN on May 23rd. The Fort Wayne event will feature Men’s Basketball Head Coach Tom Crean, Women’s Basketball Head Coach Curt Miller, Football Head Coach Kevin Wilson, Men’s Soccer Head Coach Todd Yeagley and Athletic Director Fred Glass. The emcee for the evening will be the legendary sportscaster and "Voice of the Hoosiers" Don Fischer.
The Tailgate Tour is a great opportunity for Hoosier fans to support IU Athletics and learn about the success of student-athletes both on and off the field. It also allows IU’s head coaches to provide insights on the 2012-2013 athletic seasons. The 2012 tour features six stops, with stops remaining in Evansville, Jeffersonville and Bloomington.
The Fort Wayne event will occur 5:30-8:30 p.m. E.T. at Ceruti’s (6601 Innovation Boulevard, Fort Wayne, IN 46818). The event will feature remarks from each of the head coaches and Fred Glass. Guests will also have an opportunity to purchase 2012 football season tickets at the event.
Advanced tickets are available for $20 (includes dinner and soft drinks). Guests are asked to register online through the IU Alumni Association website: http://iuaa.imodules.com/tailgate-fw.
The Fort Wayne tour stop is presented by the IU Varsity Club; IU Alumni Association; I Association; and the Northeast Indiana Chapter of the IU Alumni Association. The 2012 Tailgate Tour is sponsored by Smithville and Visit Bloomington.
