ORLANDO -- The Indiana men's golf team moved up to 14th place after two rounds of the Tavistock Collegiate Invitational at Lake Nona Golf and Country Club after a team score of 296. The two-day total of 586 is one stroke ahead of Arkansas and three behind Georgia, two teams ranked in the top 50 in the country.

All totaled, 11 of the 15 teams in the field are ranked inside the Top 50 according to the recently released GolfStat rankings.

Junior Max Kollin posted a second round score of 72 with four birdies and four bogeys, giving him a total score of 146 (+2) and a tie for 43rd on the individual leaderboard.

Freshman Matt Weber improved his first round score by one, recording a 73, leaving him with a two-round total score of 147 (+3) and a tie for 50th. He went out in 1-under par 35 and got it to 2-under on the round through 14 holes before a bogey and double bogey coming in left him with a 73.

Another freshman, Christian Fairbanks, finished with a 78 in his second round. He was 1-over par after eight pars and one bogey on his first nine holes, but he ran into trouble on his back nine and logged a 41. He is tied for 50th on the leaderboard at 3-over par for the tournament.

Senior Andrew Fogg is tied fo 65th at 8-over par 152 after a second round 79. Fellow senior Nicholas Grubnich trimmed eight strokes off his first round score, posting a 73 in his second round. He is tied for 72nd place after carding four birdies and five bogeys in round two.

The Hoosiers will start the second round on Tuesday at 9:15 a.m. going off the 10th tee. Click the "Live Scoring" link above to follow along.
