Seger Paces Indiana After First Day Of Northern Intercollegiate

Sophomore Will Seger had one birdie, 13 pars and four bogeys on his way to a first round score 3-over 75 and a tie for 32nd place on the individual leaderboard.
Senior Nicholas Grubnich was not far behind with a 5-over par round of 77, as was freshman Brendon Doyle, making his college golf debut. Another freshman, Christian Fairbanks, made the turn at just 1-over par but struggled coming in down the stretch and finished with a score of 78. Rounding out the IU lineup with Max Kollin with a score of 84.
Competing as an individual in the tournament is Andrew Havill and he turned in a very steady scorecard of 2-over par 74 - one birdie, three bogeys.
