#IUVB Welcomes Illinois, Northwestern

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana volleyball team will host No. 18 Illinois on Friday at 7:00 p.m. ET and battle Northwestern on Saturday at 7:00 p.m. ET.
Promotions
On Friday the first 400 fans will get IU volleyball trading cards. The Hoosierettes will also be performing and it will be a Greening Cream and Crimson game with IU sustainability. On Saturday is the Hoosiers Dig Pink match in support of breast cancer awareness. Fans that wear pink will get a special $2 ticket price.
Milestone for Anderson
On Sunday against Ohio State, senior Amelia Anderson became the 18th player in IU school history to reach 1,000 career kills. Anderson now has 1,008 for her career and leads the Hoosiers with 285 this season. Anderson will be honored with a game ball prior to the match on Friday vs. Illinois.
Approaching 1,000 Digs
Senior Courtney Harnish is also approaching a milestone. Harnish the team captain has 977 digs and is currently 13th on the Hoosiers all-time list for career digs. Harnish is four digs from moving into 12th on that list.
ACES Wild
The Hoosiers currently rank second in the Big Ten in aces with 109 for the season. Six different players have 10 or more aces, led by junior Taylor Lebo with 20.

Single match tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for youth. Tickets can be purchased online at IUHoosiers.com or by calling the ticket office at 812-855-4006. On Saturday if you wear pink you get in for $2.
On the Airwaves
This season Lucas Corley is the voice of IU volleyball. For both road matches and home matches Corley will have audio broadcasts and select BTN Plus matches. Lucas is also the host of the weekly coaches show with IU head coach Sherry Dunbar-Kruzan.

The Indiana volleyball home court is University Gym, located near 10th Street and the 45/46 Bypass. The address for the venue is 2721 East 10th Street Bloomington, IN 47408. See you there!

On Nov. 4 there will be a student appreciation tailgate and on Nov. 7 is will be Country Western Night. There will be IU volleyball boot koozies being given out and also a mechanical bull for fans to ride.
