Walsh, Jackson Selected for NCAA Championships

INDIANAPOLIS - The NCAA announced on Wednesday the selections for the 2015 Division I Wrestling Championships. Senior Taylor Walsh (165 lbs.) and sophomore Nate Jackson (174 lbs.) have been selected for the field.

Walsh, (34-5), who is the Indiana all-time record holder in career pins with 69 earned the No. 6 seed in his weight class. Walsh finished third at the Big Ten Championships and ranks fourth on the IU all-time list for career wins with 128.

Jackson holds a 27-11 mark on the season and finished in ninth-place at the Big Ten Championships.

The 2015 NCAA DI Wrestling Championships will be held March 19-21 in St. Louis, Mo., at the Scottrade Center.
