Indiana faces their first two-dual road trip of the season
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The No. 21 Hoosiers dual meet schedule takes them on the road for the first time since their upset over Minnesota on December 11. This weekend, they'll face a tough tandem of Big Ten opponents in Michigan State and No. 8 Michigan.
"We're pretty focused as a team, and I think we're ready for this first Big Ten double-header," said Indiana freshman Cole Weaver. "It should be a big test for us."

The Hoosiers commence their weekend on Friday night with a Big Ten Network battle against the Michigan State Spartans. Michigan State is seeking their first dual win of the season, while the Hoosiers will look to improve to 2-0 in Big Ten away duals.
Weaver faces a challenging opponent in the 141 lbs. bracket, Spartan sophomore Javier Gasca. Gasca is one of two Spartans with a 4-1 Big Ten dual record, and the result is certain to be hard earned for the bout winner.

The pairing at 157 lbs. between Indiana's Jake Danishek and Michigan State's Joe Johnson will have an extra edge on Friday evening. Both grapplers will take the mat in hopes of securing their first Big Ten dual win of the season.
