11/3/2016 10:04:00 AM | Women's Tennis, Academic Services, Student-Athlete Services
Patrick Loffler-Baseball, Freshman, Business
"Since arriving to campus during the final summer 2016 term, Patrick has been very intentional in providing a work ethic conducive to the success in his studies. He is always looking for ways to get better in the classroom and makes sure he leads by example, especially in this category. The transition from high school to college is extremely difficult academically, not to mention the demands of competing at the Division I level, but Patrick has hit the ground running as has done a fantastic job with the transition." Marcus Brown, Assistant Director of Academic Services & Certification
Kim Schmider-Women's Tennis, Senior, Sport Marketing & Management
"Kim Schmider represents the best in the scholar-athlete. She is pursuing a degree in Sports Marketing and Management while maintaining stellar grades in her coursework. Though balancing her educational goals with collegiate athletics is demanding, Kim maintains an affable personality and serves as a role-model for her teammates and all athletes at Indiana University." Dan Woodside, Director of Academic Services
