Hoosiers Set for Matches Against Cornell, Princeton

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The No. 58 Indiana men's tennis team travels to the east coast this week for matches against No. 65 Cornell and No. 38 Princeton.
The Hoosiers (4-6) will take on Cornell on Thursday at 3:00 p.m. and battle Princeton on Friday at 4:00 p.m.
The Hoosiers are led by senior Sam Monette, who is ranked No. 37 in the latest ITA Tennis National Rankings. Monette has posted a 7-3 record on the season.
Freshman Antonio Cembellin has the second most singles wins in dual match play on the team with a 5-3 mark. Cembellin won 7-5, 6-3 in the Hoosiers match at No. 18 Kentucky on February 26.
Following the road swing to the east coast the Hoosiers return to Indiana as they open Big Ten play at Purdue on March 8 at 6:00 p.m. The next IU match at home will be a battle against Illinois on March 25 at 6:00 p.m.
