Hoosiers Set to Play in Big Ten Individuals

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Four members (Brandon Lam, Payam Ahmadi, William Piekarsky, Patrick Fletchall) of the Indiana men's tennis team will travel to Ann Arbor, Mich. for the Big Ten Singles and Doubles Championship, Friday through Monday (Oct. 26-29) at the University of Michigan.

Playing in the tournament along with the Hoosiers are Michigan, Iowa, Michigan State, Nebraska, Northwestern, Ohio State, Penn State, Purdue and Wisconsin.

In last years' event, Bennett Crane made the quarterfinals in singles. In doubles, Crane paired up with Brandon Lam and reached the semifinals.

Up next, IU plays in the Longhorn Invitational on the campus of University of Texas from Friday, Nov. 9 to Sunday, Nov. 11.
