BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana volleyball team continues a stretch of 15 of their first 18 matches on the road as they travel to the state of Michigan to take on Michigan State and Michigan this week.

Notes
• The Hoosiers are 11-4 on the season and 2-2 in Big Ten matches with wins against Northwestern and at Ohio State.
• Deyshia Lofton and Breana Edwards lead the Hoosiers in kills in Big Ten play with 39 apiece.
• Lofton is hitting .397 in Big Ten matches and .389 for the season. Lofton ranks fifth in the Big Ten in hitting percentage both for the season and in conference matches.
• Redshirt junior Kendall Beerman leads the Hoosiers in kills for the season with 179 and is second on the team in digs with 151.
• Beerman recorded her 700^th career kill in the Hoosiers match against No. 6 Minnesota last time out.
• Freshman outside hitter Breana Edwards has played 59/59 sets this season for Indiana and is second on the team in kills for the season with 174. Edwards has registered double-digit kills in 10 of her last 11 matches. Edwards is fourth in the Big Ten among freshmen in kill per set at 2.95.
• Sophomore Bayli Lebo has recorded 20 or more digs in five matches this season and leads the Hoosiers in aces with 19.
• The Hoosiers play 15 of their first 18 matches of the season on the road, including the 11 straight non-conference matches to open the season. Indiana traveled 5,140 miles in non-conference play for those 11 matches.
• The three Indiana freshmen combined have only missed four sets this season.
• Freshman Lexi Johnson ranks second on the team in blocks with 48 and leads the Hoosiers in solo blocks with 14.
• Freshman Abigail Westenhofer has posted 284 assists and 90 digs on the season.

The Hoosiers next home match will be Saturday Oct. 13 when they host Rutgers. First serve is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. at University Gym in Bloomington, Ind.
