After sitting in 11th place after 18 holes on Monday at Medinah, the Indiana women's golf team moved up one spot to sit in 10th place with a score of 581 (291-290; +5) at the Illini Invite at Medinah Country Club. Graduate transfer Kari Bellville opened with a 69 in round one and followed it up with a 72 in round to and is tied for 11th individually at 3-under par.

• Kari Bellville, a graduate transfer from Notre Dame, is off to her best tournament start as a Hoosier. He opened with a 3-under par 69 in round one and then fired an even par 72 in round two to tie for 11th at 3-under par through 36 holes.
• The 69 in round one was just one shot off her career-best of 68 set while at Notre Dame. Her previous best 18-hole score this season was 75 (twice).
• Senior Erin Harper was steady over her two rounds on Monday, recording scores of 73 and 72 to tie for 29th heading into the final round.
• Harper has played seven rounds this season and each round has been 75 or better.
• Priscilla Schmid got off to a tough start with a 76 in round but rallied in the afternoon to post a 71 and tie for 47th at 147 (+3).
• Alexis Miestowski is tied for 54th after her scores of 73 and 75 have her at 4-over par after 36 holes.
• Angela Aung carded back-to-back rounds of 77 on Monday and is tied for 80th at 10-over par.
• Mary Parsons, who was a late addition to the tournament after a lineup change for IU, is tied for 29th while competing as an individual. She opened with a 74 in the morning and then came back with a 71 in round two.
