LAST TIME: ROAD TRIP WIN
Indiana Field Hockey returned to the win column last Friday with a 3-2 victory over Central Michigan on the road. The Chippewa's got on the board first, but a last second goal by Sheridan Weiss to end the first half tied the game at 1-1. Hailey Couch added on to the Hoosiers lead with a goal in the third quarter to make it a 2-1 game. Savannah Bucher scored the third goal for Indiana as they stretched the lead to two in the fourth quarter. Trying to embark on a comeback, Central Michigan pulled the match within one, but the Hoosiers goalkeeper, Shelby Querry, came up with two key saves that preserved the victory for Indiana.
