BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana women's tennis team hit the road for the first time this season as they are set to compete against Tennessee and No. 23 Kentucky this week.
Dedicating the Season in Loving Memory of Harrison & Shelby
The Indiana women's tennis team is dedicating the season in memory of Harrison & Shelby, kids of IU women's tennis alum Stephanie Reece. The Hoosiers will wear a special patch on their uniforms in their memory.

Last Time Out
Last time out the Hoosiers won two of three matches last weekend. They started with a 4-1 win against James Madison. The following day the Hoosiers lost a close 4-3 battle against Notre Dame, before rebounding for a 4-0 win against Saint Louis.

Senior Natalie Whalen leads the Hoosiers with a 13-2 overall singles record, including 6-0 in dual matches. Whalen has teamed up with Caitlin Bernard to go 15-2 in doubles overall and 6-1 in dual matches. Madison Appel and Jelly Bozovic have posted a record of 13-2 in doubles.
Home Sweet Home
The Hoosiers have 17 home matches in the 2019 season. The next home matches will be Feb. 23 and Feb. 24 against Princeton and Cornell. Indiana will start Big Ten play at home as the Hoosiers will host Illinois on March 8 and Northwestern on March 9.
