Indiana Falls at Drake, 4-1

Des Moines, Iowa – The Indiana men's tennis team (4-5) began its road trip with a 4-1 loss to the Drake Bulldogs (6-3) on Saturday night inside the Roger Knapp Tennis Center.
IU's lone match win in the effort came from freshman Carson Haskins at No. 3 singles.
In doubles, the No. 2 and No. 3 spots belonged to Drake for the day's first point. At No. 1, Brandon Lam and Haskins were paired and trailed by a game in the unfinished match.
Drake jumped out to a 3-0 lead after winning singles matches at the No. 2 and No. 6 spots.
On court No. 3, Haskins put the Hoosiers on the scoreboard with his straight-set win. The Ballwin, Mo. native is now 6-2 on the season.
Shortly after the Haskins win, the Bulldogs clinched their sixth victory with a win at No. 4 after needing a second-set tiebreaker.
The Hoosiers are back in action tomorrow, Sunday, Feb. 17 against Utah State (7-4). First serve is set for 1 p.m.
