Bloomington, Ind. – The No. 5 seed Indiana men's tennis team (13-11, 6-5 B1G) begins the 2019 Big Ten Tournament with a first round match against 12-seeded Michigan State.

The Hoosiers closed out the regular season last weekend with a 4-1 loss to No. 34 Penn State and a 7-0 loss to No. 1 Ohio State. The lone win against the Nittany Lions was from Zac Brodney at No. 3 singles.
2018 Big Ten Tournament
Last season, IU also was the fifth seed and also played Michigan State in the first round. The Hoosiers won that match 4-0 in Iowa City, IA. The four tallies from Indiana came at doubles, and Antonio Cembellin, Zac Brodney, and Andrew Redding in singles.
