YORKTOWN, Ind. – Indiana women's golf freshman Valerie Clancy currently sits tied for seventh after two rounds of the Cardinal Classic at the Players Club. The Hoosiers have three golfers participating in the event as individuals.

CHIP-INS
• Clancy shot an even-par round of 72 in the second 18 holes of the day, including a pair of birdies. In the opening round, Clancy also had two birdies and shot 6-over-par.

• The tournament is the first for the freshman, as well as fellow freshman Hanna Tanaka.

• Tanaka is tied for 43^rd place after shooting an 82 and 78.

• Sophomore Arushi Singh is tied for 59^th place and shot a 78 in the opening round with three birdies.
