LAST TIME: Knocking off the ranked
Indiana Field Hockey saw action in just one game over the weekend to open Big Ten Conference Play. On the road, the Hoosiers were able to knock off No. 23 Michigan State with a 4-2 decision. This is the first time since 2015 that Indiana has won their conference opener. The Hoosiers haven't beaten a ranked opponent since they defeated No. 15 Wake Forest on a neutral site in 2017. Sophomore Hailey Couch recorded her first career hat trick while Senior Captain Kelsey Giese scored the other Hoosier goal.
