Jha To Represent Hoosiers At NCAA National Championships

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Arjun Jha of Indiana Cross Country will compete at the 2021 NCAA Cross Country National Championships in the Tallahassee, Fla. on Saturday, November 20. The men's 10k is set for 11:10 a.m. at the Apalachee Regional Park.
Saturday's championships will broadcast live on ESPNU. The broadcast will begin at 10 a.m.

Jha was last in action at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional in Evansville, Ind. where he saw a ninth-place finish and time of 30:03.3. His finish was good enough to earn him an automatic bid to the national meet. He was named to the All-Regional squad following the meet.
At the Big Ten Championships, Jha paced the Hoosiers to a fourth place finish with 119 points. Individually, he crossed in a time of 25:03.7 and finished in sixth. He earned All-Big Ten First Team honors for his efforts.
During the regular season, he competed at the Joe Piane Invitational and the Nuttycombe Invitational. At Joe Piane he raced to 18th in the 5 mile with a time of 23:57.6. Jha then picked up 28th in the 8k in a time of 23:49.7.
