BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – No. 9 Indiana is set to compete in the 2021 Big Ten Championships at Eagle Creek State Park in Indianapolis on Sunday.

WATCH
Sunday's races will be streamed live on Big Ten Network Plus and free to all viewers. An hour-long edited show will air on May 22nd at 3 p.m. ET on Big Ten Network.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
Please note that fans will not have beach access at the 2021 Big Ten Rowing Championships. Fans will be able to enter Eagle Creek Park and watch from areas away from the beach. Please note that there is a fee for entering the park.
UP NEXT
The champion of Sunday's races will automatically qualify for the NCAA Championships in Sarasota, Fla. May 28-30. The NCAA selection will take place on Tuesday, May 18.

NOTES
- IU returns to the Big Ten Championships since 2019 after the cancellation of the 2020 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is looking to build on a fifth place finish in 2019.
- The Hoosiers have been ranked in the Pocock CRCA poll in every week of the season, matching its highest ranking of the season of No. 9 this week. They are one of six ranked teams in the field for Sunday's championship races.
- Indiana swept scored races for the first time in its 12-year history at the Dale England Cup on May 1. The annual home regatta honors the late Dale England, a longtime supporter of Indiana Rowing.
- The Hoosiers' Second Varsity 8 was the first 2021 Big Ten Boat of the Week after its opening weekend at the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invite on March 14th where it swept competition including No. 3 Michigan and No. 16 Alabama.
- Indiana has appeared at the NCAA Championships for the last 6 seasons (outside of last year's COVID pause) and finished a program-best 12th overall in 2019.
- The Varsity 4 boat finished a program record ninth place in the petite final at the 2019 NCAA Championships in Indianapolis while the Second Varsity 8 also posted a program best finish as it tied for 11th place in the petite final.
