Hoosiers Begin 2022 Slate with Big Ten Match Play

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana Hoosier women's golf team begins the 2022 portion of the schedule with a 54-hole match play tournament in Palm Harbor, Fla. starting on Jan. 31 at the Innisbrook Resort.

TOURNAMENT NOTES
• The 54-hole tournament will be played in Match Play format. Each team will be guaranteed three rounds of play.
• The field consists of four Big Ten teams ranked inside the top-75 of the most recent GolfStat rankings, headlined by No. 37 Purdue, No. 46 Minnesota, No. 72 Nebraska and No. 73 Wisconsin.
• Indiana will open play against the top-seeded Purdue Boilermakers with a shotgun start at 8:15 a.m. ET on Monday. The winner will take on the advancing team from the Nebraska-Wisconsin matchup during the second round.
• The event will conclude with the third round, including the team title match, at 8 a.m. ET. On Feb. 1.
