No. 15 Hoosiers Head to Big Ten Championships
2/15/2022 10:00:00 AM | Women's Swimming and Diving
MADISON, Wis. – Championship season has arrived!
The No. 15 Indiana women's swimming and diving team is set to compete in the 2022 Big Ten Championships, a four-day event beginning Wednesday (Feb. 16) in Madison, Wisconsin.
"Michigan and Ohio State are the favorites, but I think we could be party crashers if things break," Indiana head swimming coach Ray Looze said. "We need to have a great meet, and they have to slip up a little bit, but this women's team is going to win a championship soon. It's coming, and hopefully we can put ourselves in a position where we feel a lot of pressure that last day because that would be a privilege.
"We need a team effort. We need everybody to do their part. It's a momentum thing, and every little success needs to build on the one before it."
