ANN ARBOR, Mich. – The Indiana women's tennis team dropped their Big Ten opener 4-1 on the road at Michigan on Saturday.

Michigan won 6-2 at No. 1 doubles and 6-2 at No. 3 doubles to earn the first point of the match.

The Hoosiers (7-6) got on the board with a singles win from Alexandra Staiculescu 6-3, 6-3 against No. 76 Andrea Cerdan.

Michigan won at No. 2 singles, No. 4 singles and No. 6 singles to clinch the match victory.
