EAST LANSING, Mich. – The Indiana women's tennis fell on the road at Michigan State 5-2 on Sunday.

The Hoosiers (7-7) got on the board first with the double point. Lara Schneider and Laura Masic won 6-3 at No. 1 doubles and Rose Hu and Lexi Kubas won 6-3 at No. 2 doubles to clinch the point.

Michigan State won the first two singles matches, but Laura Masic won 6-3, 6-4 to tie the overall match 2-2.

The Spartans won at No. 6 singles and No. 3 singles to clinch the match.

Lara Schneider fought back to win her second set, but tell 7-6 in set three.
