Hoosiers Earn Pair of Singles Victories, Fall at College of Charleston

Charleston, S.C. – Laura Masic and Mila Mejic picked up wins for the Hoosiers, but the Indiana women's tennis team dropped a 5-2 to the College of Charleston on Friday.
The doubles point was tightly contested as the Hoosiers (7-8) won 6-4 at No. 1 doubles with Masic and Lara Schneider. CofC won at No. 2 doubles and the No. 3 doubles match went to a tiebreak where the Cougars won 8-6.
Mila Mejic evened the score with a 6-3, 6-3 win.
CofC took the next four matches and Laura Masic won 3-6, 6-2, 6-4 at No. 2 singles.
Up next the Hoosiers continue Big Ten play at home against Iowa on Saturday March 26.
