BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — No. 19-ranked Indiana men's soccer (3-2-2, 0-1-1 B1G) will host Northwestern (1-5-2, 0-2-0 B1G) Tuesday (Sept. 27) night in a Big Ten Conference matchup on Jerry Yeagley Field at Bill Armstrong Stadium.
The match will be televised on Big Ten Network with kickoff set for 8 p.m. ET. Fans can also stream the match at foxsports.com/live.
Tuesday is Military Appreciation Night at Armstrong Stadium as all active and retired service members can purchase tickets for just $5.
SETTING THE SCENE
• Indiana is undefeated in 13 straight matches at home going back to the 2021 season. In that span, IU has 11 shutout victories.
• The Hoosiers have scored 12 goals from eight unique goal scorers this season.
ABOUT THE WILDCATS
• Northwestern comes into the match with a 1-5-2 record. Its last result was a 3-1 defeat to Michigan.
• The Wildcats are led by second-year head coach Russell Payne. Payne has compiled a 7-11-5 record at Northwestern.
• Eight Wildcats have totaled as many goals this season. Senior midfielder Vicente Castro leads Northwestern with five points, adding three assists to his one goal.

• The two teams met again in the Big Ten Tournament semifinal in Bloomington, a match that
went to overtime. In the extra period, IU goalkeeper Roman Celentano made a stunning triple
save to keep the match alive. Minutes later, Joey Maher delivered the golden goal to hand
Indiana the 1-0 victory.
