BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana cross country travels to the Lone Star State for the Arturo Barrio Invitational at Watts Cross Country Course on Friday morning, hosted by Texas A&M.

Indiana will race against 42 following teams:
Arkansas State, Baylor, Boston College, Connecticut, Eastern Michigan, Georgia Tech, Houston, Houston Christian, Incarnate Word, Kennesaw State, Lamar, Louisiana, Louisville, LSU, Marshall, McNeese State, New Mexico State, Nicholls State, North Texas, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Rice, SMU, South Dakota State, Stephen F. Austin, TAMU Corpus Christi, TAMU Texarkana, TCU, Texas A&M, Texas State, Texas Tech, Toledo, Tulane, UCF, UCLA, Utah Valley, UT-Arlington, UTEP, UTRGV, UTSA and Youngstown State.
The last time out, both Indiana squads finished 11th at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational meet in Chicago.
Senior Phoebe Bates is the top-finisher for the Hoosiers on the women's side. She finished 42nd with a personal best time at a competitive Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational meet.
Graduate Austin Haskett finished in 24th place for the men with a time of 24:09.1. Graduate Skylar Stidman (43rd, 24:27.3) and Abe Eckman (49th, 24:31.4) finished in the top-50.
