No. 11 Hoosiers Head To Barbara Kalbus Invitational

BLOOMIINGTON, Ind. – No. 11 Indiana is set to compete in the Barbara Kalbus Invitational starting on Friday against No. 7 Arizona State. The Hoosiers will play in group B against No. 2 USC, No. 7 Arizona State and No. 23 Loyola Marymount.

NOTES

Indiana is coming off a 4-0 weekend at the Indiana Classic, where it picked up ranked wins over No. 13 Wagner and No. 11 Pacific.
In the win over Pacific, Mary Askew collected 13 saves and allowed just five goals, while freshman Louisa Downes, junior Sophie Wazzan and senior Zoe Crouch each scored twice. Junior Kallie White netted a hat trick against Wagner, while Crouch added two goals. Askew was solid again in the cage with 15 saves and only seven allowed against Wagner.
Sophomore Sophia Sollie is leading IU with 22 goals scored this season while sophomore Skylar Kidd adds 21 goals and 14 assists.
Askew has recorded 95 saves in goal this season and is leading the way with 11 steals for Indiana.
