No. 15 IU Rowing Ready for Big Ten Championships

INDIANAPOLIS – No. 15-ranked Indiana rowing has its biggest test yet on Sunday (May 14) in the 2023 Big Ten Rowing Championships at Eagle Creek Park in Indianapolis.

Racing is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. ET, starting with Second Novice Eight boats, and will be streamed live on the Big Ten Plus digital platform. Live results are available at herenow.com.

NOTES

Indiana is the third-highest ranked Big Ten team in the May 3 Pocock CRCA poll, sitting at No. 15. Five Big Ten programs are ranked, including Michigan (11), Ohio State (13), Rutgers (16) and Iowa.
At the 2022 Big Ten Championships, Indiana tied its highest-ever finish at the conference regatta and its top team performance since 2017 when the Hoosiers took a share of fourth place.
In their last time out, the Hoosiers won six of seven races against Notre Dame to capture their sixth straight Dale England Cup title.
Indiana's Varsity Eight crew was named the Big Ten Boat of the Week on April 25 when it outpaced Ohio State in Columbus.
