BLOOMINGTON, Ind. ––– No. 7 Michigan got the best of No. 17 Indiana, 30-6, on Friday night at Wilkinson Hall.

With the loss, Indiana's season record drops to 6-4 and 3-4 in the Big Ten.

KEY MOMENTS
• Michigan won the first four matches to build a 17-0 lead.
• The match between No. 13 Graham Rooks and No. 10 Austin Gomez was tied 2-2 late in the third, but Gomez won 3-2 with having over a minute of riding time.
• In a battle of two-time All-Americans, No. 18 Brayton Lee and No. 10 Will Lewan came down to the wire, but Lee won the bout, 2-1 to get IU on the board.
• At 197 lbs. Indiana's No. 32 Gabe Sollars was the aggressor from start to finish, defeating Bobby Striggow, 5-1.

• No. 18 Brayton Lee (157) improved to 5-0 on the season. Four of his five wins have come against ranked opponents.
• No. 32 Gabe Sollars has won two of his last three matches.
• The bout between Gomez and Rooks was a rematch of last year's Big Ten Championships quarterfinal match. Rooks won in that match last season.
• Michigan's freshmen of No. 10 Sergio Lemley and Dylan Gilcher are the brothers of Indiana Wrestling alum, Diego Lemley, and current Indiana senior Derek Gilcher.
