Indiana Men’s Tennis Set to Host Penn State and Ohio State

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. ––––– Indiana Men's Tennis is continuing conference play this weekend with two home matches.
On Friday, March 29, Indiana will host Penn State at the IU Tennis Center at 4 p.m. Penn State currently holds a 4-13 overall record with an 0-2 record in conference play. Their last match was a loss to Northwestern, 4-2.
On Sunday, March 31, Indiana will host Ohio State at 12 p.m. Ohio State has put together an impressive 20-1 overall record this season, including a 2-0 record in conference play. Ohio State won their last match over No. 15 Illinois, 4-1.
Indiana holds a 1-0 record in conference play with a win over rival Purdue.
In singles play, senior Michael Andre leads the team in wins with 10 so far this season. Sam Landau and Facundo Yunis have both earned eight wins in singles play this season as well.
In doubles play, Michael Andre and Ilya Tiraspolsky have been phenomenal all season long. The duo currently holds a 10-1 record on the season so far. Facundo Yunis and Luc Boulier have been excellent as well, putting together a 9-1 record as a duo.
