LOUISVILLE, Ky. – No. 2/6 Indiana swimming and diving split its final dual meet at No. 11/10 Louisville Friday (Jan. 31) inside the Ralph Wright Natatorium.
The Hoosier men handled Louisville, 189.5-110.5, winning all but three events. Indiana improved to 5-1 in dual meets entering championship season. The IU women fell to the Cardinals for the first time in three years while missing multiple members of its squad.
Indiana broke six Ralph Wright Natatorium pool records, starting with the men's 200-yard medley relay. Freshman Miroslav Knedla, graduate transfer Brian Benzing, senior Finn Brooks and junior Matt King won the opening race in 1:23.74 and updated the signage.
