Hoosiers Set to Host Cincinnati, Ball State

BLOOMINGTON, Ind.– The Indiana women's tennis team is back at home this weekend to host a pair of matches against Cincinnati and Ball State on Sunday, Feb. 23 at the IU Tennis Center.

Last Time Out for the Hoosiers
Last time out the Hoosiers (6-4) split matches on the road. Indiana secured a 4-1 win against Cornell and lost a close match 4-3 at Yale.
A Look at the Stats
Michelle McKamey leads the Hoosiers with 12 singles wins on the season, including a 7-1 record in dual matches. Six Hoosiers have at least eight singles wins on the season. In doubles, the team of Annabelle Andrinopoulos and Jelly Bozovic have posted an overall record of 11-4 on the season.
Navy & West Point
The Hoosiers have had the chance to visit both Navy and Army West Point on their travels this season. Indiana played Navy and this past weekend played Cornell at West Point. In their trip to New York this past weekend the Hoosiers also got to see some of the sights in downtown New York City.
President McRobbie Visits
Indiana University President Michael A. McRobbie continued his tour of all of IU's 24 athletic programs Sunday, visiting the IU Tennis Center for the Hoosiers match vs. Tennessee on Feb. 9. McRobbie and First Lady Laurie Burns McRobbie visited with IU head coach Ramiro Azcui and the team before the match and supported the Hoosiers throughout the match.
2018-19 Season in Review
The Hoosiers finished 16-11 overall and 6-5 in Big Ten dual matches last season. Seniors Madison Appel and Natalie Whalen earned All-Big Ten Honors.
