HARTFORD, Wis. – Indiana men's golf earned a top-5 finish at the Marquette Intercollegiate at Erin Hills Golf Course, highlighted by a pair of top-20 finishes in Jack Sparrow (T12) and Mitch Davis (T19).

CHIP-INS
• Indiana started play on the No. 1 tee.

• The fifth-place finish is the best for the Hoosiers this season.

• Sparrow saved his best for the final round as he fired a 70 on the final day to finish the event 1-under-par. Sparrow birdied or parred every hole except two, ending the day with four birdies. In addition, he tied for the fourth-best par-5 scoring in the field (4.58 average, -5).

• Sophomore Mitch Davis also finished in the top-20 as he hit an even-72 on Tuesday, finishing the event 2-over-par. Davis got off to a hot start with a birdie on the first hole and ended the day with a trio of birdies. He was tied for the third-best par-3 scoring (2.92 average, -1).

• Senior Brock Ochsenreiter delivered his best round of the tournament, carding a 71 to move into a tie for 26^th place. Ochsenreiter improved on his second-round score by four strokes, carding four birdies. On the back nine, he finished 1-under-par with a pair of birdies on holes No. 10 and 15.

• Junior Ethan Shepherd and sophomore Harry Reynolds both ended the event tied for 40^th at 7-over-par. Shepherd recovered from early bogeys on holes No. 2 and 4 to finish the round with a score of 74 and a pair of birdies. Reynolds shot a 2-over-par 38 on the front nine and maintained that score until a tough final hole that some him triple bogey.

• Freshman Drew Giacchetto, who entered the tournament as an individual, shot a 5-over-par 77 with a pair of birdies, a one-stroke improvement from Monday. However, Giacchetto was disqualified from Sunday's first round over a scorecard error.
