Volleyball

Led by senior Jazzmine McDonald's career-high 15 kills on 20 attempts and 10 blocks, the Hoosiers completed the upset of the No. 13 Wolverines by a score of 3-1. This was the highest-ranked opponent the team beat since No. 10 Michigan State in 2013.
Water Polo

Indiana scored a top-10 upset in coach Ryan Castle's first regular season weekend as the Hoosiers' head coach. It is IU's first top-10 win since beating No. 10 Princeton in 2015.

The Hoosiers delivered on their second-ever invitation to the annual NWCA Division-I National Dual Championship Series, exacting revenge with a 21-12 upset at No. 18 Appalachian State. The win came from a four-bout run late in the dual meet, ending with bonus point victories by Devin Skatzka and Nate Jackson.

Senior Nate Jackson ended his IU career by picking up his second All-American honor at NCAA's with an eighth place finish in 184 lbs. He became the first Hoosier wrestler with All-American honors in different weight classes since 1977.
